Product Authenticity Guarantee

At LA Doctor Beauty, we are committed to offering only authentic beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products. We source our products directly from official brands, authorized suppliers, and trusted distributors to ensure quality and originality.
We do not sell replicas, counterfeit items, testers, or altered products. Every item available on our website is genuine and handled according to industry standards.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

  • To qualify for a return:
  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging and sealed condition
  • The product must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Skincare items
  • Health and hygiene products
  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery through our contact page or customer support email.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • A photo of the product in its original packaging
  • A photo of the barcode (EAN/UPC)
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, our support team will arrange the return or replacement process.
If the mistake occurred during our order preparation, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. If the incorrect purchase was made by the customer, return shipping charges may apply.
Claims submitted after the 72-hour period may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the inner and outer packaging
  • Additional evidence showing the issue clearly

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or return pickup where applicable.

Please note:

  • Claims for damaged or defective items reported after 48 hours may not be accepted
  • We recommend keeping the original shipping box and packaging for at least 10 days in case a shipping issue occurs
  • If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we also recommend informing the shipping carrier immediately

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
